Sizing

How do your sizes run?
SO1O sizing is true to size. All pieces are designed for an athletic, performance fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, size up. See our size guide for detailed measurements.

Do you offer a size guide?
Yes. Each product page includes a size guide with body measurements. If you’re unsure, contact us at adam@so1o.uk and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Orders & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 2–3 business days of despatch.

Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £60. Orders under £60 incur a flat £4.99 delivery charge.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email adam@so1o.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions within 1 business day.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Exchange requests are processed as a new order. Return the original item and place a new order for the correct size. We’ll refund the original order once we receive it.

Product Care

How do I wash SO1O pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry. Do not iron directly on prints or logos. Do not dry clean.

How do I keep technical fabrics performing?
Wash promptly after high-intensity sessions. Avoid fabric softeners — they degrade moisture-wicking properties. Use a sports-specific detergent for best results.

Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. SO1O is online-only for Collection 001. Watch the Journal for news on pop-ups and events.
